| Double Bond R - 500 Rubber based adhesive is a synthetic rubber based adhesive composed of polychloroprene rubber and phenolic resins as non-volatile content and solvents such as toluene, petroleum spirit, ethyl acetate etc. which are volatile in nature. It is an ideal contact adhesive recommended for various applications in manufacture of industrial and consumer products and to give instant adhesion of various substrates without keeping the substrates under pressure. |

Method of Application
surface to be bonded should be clean , dry and free from oil and grease. A thin layer of DB R-500 should be applied to both surfaces,wait for 5-10 minutes before sticking. Both surfaces shoild be pressed together and left for 3 hours after wiping excess adhesive |
